Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (site for public hall) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Ohinemuri County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Waimea County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (water supply) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Invercargill City Council on the 24th day of August 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said City in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

And further declares that the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the ‘Bond Street’ Reserve.
