PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped; and
(b) Pursuant to section 117 (7) declares the said stopped road to be added to the land held for waterworks described in the Second Schedule hereto.
