Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, which is subject to the building line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 1085, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for the purposes of a camping-ground to a Ministry of Works and Development depot, which shall be a secondary use of the said land.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and amalgamated with the land in the certificate of title, Volume C4, folio 1066, subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. 282692.2 and 419130.1.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in shares as tenants in common with Frank Schofield, of Tinui, farmer, having one half share and the other half share being held jointly by him and John Francis Cody, of Masterton, chartered accountant, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 750378.
