MARAC FINANCE LTD. and Marac Corporation Ltd., duly incorporated companies having their registered office at Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of October 1982 it appointed Owen Coutts Pierce, chartered accountant, of Invercargill, and Robert Eric Cooper, chartered accountant, of Alexandra, as receivers and managers of the property of J. C. Anderson (Kennington) Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of October 1980, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill, and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said J. Bank of New Zealand hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of October 1982, the company appointed Kerry Thomas Stotter and Frederick Nelson Watson, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at the offices of Gilfillan Morris and Company, Chartered Accountants, 560 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers in the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 2nd day of March 1979.
