NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CAPRICORN CONTAINER SERVICES LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Wilkinson Wilberfoss, Sixteenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland on the 29th day of November 1982, at 10 o'clock in the morning for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidator as he think fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.

DEBENTURE to Westpac Banking Corporation formerly known as The Commercial Bank of Australia Ltd. bearing dated the 10th day of July 1980. To the directors of INGMAR FURNITURE LTD.:

TAKE notice that on the 8th day of October 1982, the debenture holder’s security under the above debenture deed became enforceable under the provisions of clause 24 of the debenture deed by reason of the company making default in failing to complete payment of moneys secured by the said debenture deed when called upon to do so in accordance with clause 1 of the said debenture deed and that Westpac Banking Corporation as debenture holder in exercise of the powers referred to it under the said debenture deed has appointed Robert Shelley Abbot and Trevor Vernon Bailey, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose address for service shall be at the offices of Messrs Markham and Partners, Chartered Accountants, 188–192 Armagh Street, Christchurch (P.O.
