Redefining Purposes of Maori Reservation
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the Maori reservation was in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 1976, No. 122, page 2728, are hereby redefined as a marae, meeting place, and a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of Waikato.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, and described as follows:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae site to be called Te Wairoa Marae, for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the district.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that 2 integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following primary schools:
St. Joseph’s School, 99 King Street, Whakatane.
St. Joseph’s School, Wilson Street, Matata, Bay of Plenty.
The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 13 October 1982.
Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington and at regional offices.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
St. Peter’s Catholic School, Alpha Street, Cambridge.
The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 1 October 1982. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and at regional offices.
