Cancellation of the Vesting in the Bruce County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Bruce County Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for gravel purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.
