Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VII, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Mangonui County Council:
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block XV, Waipu Survey District, and Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otamatea County Council:
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped:
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that—
(i) The area marked 'G' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 728, folio 187, subject to statutory land charge 114290.3, and memoranda of mortgage Nos. 114290.4, 615508.1 and 673413.2;
(ii) The area marked 'E' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1065, folio 5, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 505153.2, 505153.3 and 505153.4.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth City Council on the 21st day of October 1982.
