Appointment of Broadcasting Complaints Committee

PURSUANT to section 95G of the Broadcasting Act 1976 (as inserted by section 11 of the Broadcasting Amendment Act 1982), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Broadcasting, has been pleased to sign a Warrant, which takes effect on the 1st day of November 1982, appointing Walter Max Willis of Wellington, a District Court Judge, to be the Broadcasting Complaints Committee for a term of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of November 1982.
