Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing to the appropriate office as indicated by the identification reference on or before 4 November 1982. Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Tariff Notice No. 1982/212—Application for Determination

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for determination of rates of duty by the Minister of Customs as follows:

(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and
(b) The landed cost and selling price, including customs value, and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty, etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.
