Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares that the reserve for historic purposes,
described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as
the "Waikare Historic Reserve".

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands notifies that the following resolution was passed by the
Kaikohe Borough Council on the 16th day of December 1980:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kaikohe Borough
Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by
the said borough in fee simple, and described in the First
Schedule hereto shall be, and the same are hereby,
declared to be reserves for local purpose (waterworks),
and that the pieces of land held by the said borough in
fee simple and described in the Second Schedule hereto,
shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be reserves
for local purpose (sewerage) within the meaning of the
said Act."

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waihi Borough
Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further,
pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in
the Waihi Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
