Amalgamation of Mount Sinclair and Purau Track Scenic Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserves for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as Mount Sinclair Scenic Reserve and Purau Track Scenic Reserve have been amalgamated and shall hereafter be known as Mount Sinclair Scenic Reserve.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Pukearuhe Historic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for public cemetery to a reserve for historic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Pukearuhe Historic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for historic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Wairarapa South County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (site for a public hall) and vests the said reserve in the Wairarapa South County Council in trust for that purpose.
