Declaring An Easement to be Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Telecommunications Installation) in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement is hereby acquired vesting in the Crown, its employees, agents, and licensees as an easement in gross the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege to lay, place, and maintain over, under, or through the land described in the Schedule hereto a line of cables for post office purposes (telecommunications installation), together with the additional rights specified in clause 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 14th day of October 1982.

Declaring Land to be Road in the Counties of Stratford and Clifton

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of October 1982:

(b) Pursuant to section 52 declares the land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, on the 14th day of October 1982.
