NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed minute in the

the following special resolution was passed by the company:
Resolved this 20th day of January 1982 by entry in the
minute signed as provided under section 362 (1) of the
Companies Act 1955, as a special resolution, that the com-
pany be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Allan Mc-
Phail of 125 Scarborough Road, Christchurch, chartered
accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the
