Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Otago Land District—Tapanui Borough and Tuapeka County

2.0234 hectares, more or less, being Section 63, Block XIII, Glenkenich Survey District. All certificate of title 164/134. S.O. Plan 507.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Otago Land District—Tapanui Borough

Firstly, 784 square metres, more or less, being Section 12, Block IX, Town of Tapanui. Part certificate of title 331/64. S.O. Plan 14959.

Secondly, 1290 square metres, more or less, being Section 13, Block IX, Town of Tapanui. All certificate of title 35/278. S.O. Plan 14959.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tapanui Borough Council of a Reserve

Appointment of the Tauranga County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Tauranga County Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for historic purposes.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Bluff Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in Section 19 1 (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the reserve to form part of the Bluff Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Bluff Borough Council.

Pork Marketing Board—Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 17, 1982

Pursuant to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 17, 1982.

2. This notice shall be operable from the 8th day of February 1982.

3. This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughter-houses.
