Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Wellington City Council in Fee Simple

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (public utility) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in the Wellington City Council in fee simple.
