PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development amends the notice dated the 21st day of May 1981, published in the Gazette, 28 May 1981, No. 67, at page 1506, declaring land held for a public school to be set apart for a road in Block XI, Matakohé Survey District, Otamatea County, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928 by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:
