the above company by the High Court was, on the 25th day
of August 1982, presented to the Court by HARRY MICHAEL
WEBB of Christchurch, engineer; and that the petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on
Wednesday, the 20th day of October 1982, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of

creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy

Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey
natural gas by pipeline from Great South Road, Penrose,
to Meter Installation Industry Road, Penrose.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 24 September 1982
at Napier was 253.98 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary
minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy
basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be
26.0 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for
privately sold wool from and including the 24th day of
September 1982 until midnight on the day before the next
auction sale to be held.
