OF BRAMBLES INDUSTRIES (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Auckland:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of
New Zealand dated the 28th day of June 1982, confirming
the reduction of capital of the applicant company from
$1,130,000 to $113,000 and the minute approved by the Court
showing, with respect to the capital of the applicant com-
pany as altered, the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of
Companies on the 31st day of August 1982. The said minute
is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of Brambles Industries (N.Z.) Limited is
$113,000 divided into 113,000 ordinary shares of $1 each
having been reduced from $1,130,000 divided into 1,130,000
shares of $1 each.”
