NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

BROADLANDS FINANCE LTD., with reference to Skyways Flite Services Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of September 1982, the company appointed Martin Ralph Wilson and Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountants, of Gilfillan Morris and Co., 31 Stafford Street, Dunedin, as joint receivers and managers of the property of the above company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of August 1981.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its property including uncalled capital and goodwill.
