A Right of Way Easement Over Land Acquired for Post Office

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right
of way easement described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby acquired for post office purposes over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto and shall vest in
the Crown on the 23rd day of September 1982.
