Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line in Blocks XI, XIV and XV, Tauranga Survey District, and Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, to be Known as the Hairini-Mount Maunganui 220 kV Transmission Line

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Electricity Act 1968, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Hairini-Mount Maunganui 220 kV Transmission Line proposed to be constructed in Blocks XI, XIV and XV of the Tauranga Survey District and Block I of the Te Tumu Survey District, shall be the line defined and described in the Schedule hereto; and I hereby define as being land upon or in respect of which it is intended to exercise the powers conferred by the Electricity Act 1968 or by any other Act in respect of the erection, maintenance and use of the said transmission line, all the land situated within forty (40) metres on either side of the middle line hereby defined.
SCHEDULE
A line commencing at a point approximately 630 metres west of Kaitimako Road on the common boundary of part Kaitimako C Block and part Kaitimako D Block and proceeding in a generally southern, eastern, north-eastern and northern directions for a distance of approximately 12.75 km and passing in, into, through or over the following lands etc, viz:
Part Kaitimako D Block (C.T. 1247/23); part Kaitimako K Block (C.T. 17C/1357); part Kaitimako J No. 2 and L Block (P.R. 260/104); Kaitimako N Block (P.R. 270/128);
