Notice Setting Out Amendments to the Requirements for the Importation of Seeds, Stockfood and Related Dried Preserved Products (Notice No. 2374, Ag. 12/2/21)

PURSUANT to the Introduction and Quarantine of Plants Regulations 1973 and the Stock Foods and Agricultural Seeds Importation Regulations 1958, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following amendment notice.

At pages 4 and 5, Schedule A, column 6 (Limited to Cultivar), delete the term 'Acceptable' and replace with 'No' for the following entries:

AGRICULTURAL SEEDS—CEREALS
Avena
Hordeum
Secale cereale
Triticum

AGRICULTURAL SEED—OTHER CROPS
Brassica (1)

At pages 5 and 6, Schedule A, column 10, Certificate IV (Treatment/Condition), delete 'M' and replace with 'No' for the following entries:

Brassica (3)

FLOWER SEED
Brassica (3)

At page 10, Appendix I, Certificate No. IV, delete End Use Certificate M.

At pages 11 and 12, Appendix II, delete all of Section, New Zealand Schedule of Acceptable Crop Cultivars.

NOTE: These changes follow the withdrawal of Acceptable Cultivar listings for crop cultivars.


The Road Classification (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1982.

  2. The Takapuna City Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The notice dated the 7th day of February 1979†, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Roads Classified in Class One

Akoranga Drive: from Northcote Road to the Northcote Borough boundary.

Anzac Street: from Taharoto Road to Hurstmere Road.

Archers Road: from Wairau Road to the Municipal Testing Station exit.

Auburn Street: from Anzac Street to Burns Avenue.

Beach Road: from Inga Road to the East Coast Bays City boundary.

Barrys Point Road: from Esmonde Road to Anzac Street.

Ihumata Road: from Milford Road to Omana Road.

Inga Road: from Omana Road to Beach Road.

Kaimahi Road.

Kitchener Road: from Hurstmere Road to East Coast Road.

Lake Road: from the Devonport Borough Boundary to Anzac Street.

Milford Road: from Kitchener Street to Ihumata Road.

Sunnybrae Road: from Northcote Road to Archers Road.

Sunset Road East: from the Northern Motorway to the East Coast Bays City boundary.

Taharoto Road: from Anzac Street to Wairau Road.

Target Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to Ellice Road.

Tristram Avenue: from Wairau Road to Forrest Hill Road.

Upper Harbour Drive: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to the Waitemata City boundary.

View Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 130 metres measured easterly, generally, along View Road from Merton Avenue.

Wairau Road: from Taharoto Road to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).

Woodson Place.
