PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 124 of the said Act declares the road described in the Schedule to be a Government road; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116 of the said Act stops the Government road; and

(c) Pursuant to section 42 of the said Act declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
