Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for the Development of Water-Power Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of May 1982, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 20 May 1982, No. 54, at page 1627; declaring land held for the development of water-power set apart for State housing purposes in the City of Wellington, by omitting the word and numeral "Block VIII" from the Schedule and substituting the following word and numeral "Block VII".
