CORRIGENDUM
Sale of Liquor Act
In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 1982, No. 90, page 2581, under (b) should read:
Waverley Hotel, Waverley. On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Government House at Wellington this 30th day of August 1982
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Lake Waikaremoana and Lake Waikareiti Waters Control Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1982. -
Interpretation—In this order—
"The Act" means the Harbours Act 1950:
"The Minister" means the Minister of Lands. -
Grant of Control—There is hereby granted to the Minister for a period of 21 years commencing with the 1st day of October 1982 and ending with the 30th day of September 2003 control of the waters described in the Schedule to this order.

Powers of Minister—Subject to section 8A of the Act, the Minister may, in respect of the waters to which this order applies—
(a) By bylaw, do anything which a Harbour Board may do by bylaw under section 232 of the Act.
(b) Appoint harbourmasters and other officers and define or limit their powers and duties. -
Revocation—The Urewera National Park Board Lake Waikaremoana Waters Control Order 1979* is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
All the waters of Lake Waikaremoana, situated in the Gisborne Land District and containing 5210 hectares, more or less and being all the water over that land comprised and described in a freehold order of the Maori Land Court dated the 6th day of June 1918 and registered in the provisional register, Volume 1B, folio 861, Gisborne Registry.
All the waters of Lake Waikareiti situated in Blocks XVII and XVIII, Tuapu Survey District.
