Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, has become road, limited access road and State highway and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a limited access road and the land described in the said First and Second Schedules hereto shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of September 1982.
