Water Supply Easement and Drainage Easement over Land,
Acquired for Generation of Electricity in Block XI, Whakamaru Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the water supply
easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired for the generation of electricity over the land
firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto and the drainage
easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired for the generation of electricity over the land
secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto
and such easements shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of
September 1982.
