It is hereby certified pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:

  1. The Name of the Partnership is: KAIMATA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED AND COMPANY

  2. The Names, Address, Occupations and Capital Contributions of the General and Special Partners; Are set out in the Schedule hereto.

  3. Partnership Business: To deal and invest in property of all kinds and to purchase or otherwise acquire property of all kinds and to construct, build, renovate, alter, improve, repair, develop buildings and structures of all kinds and to use turn to account in any manner sell or otherwise dispose of or grant any rights over or in respect of any such property and to carry on any or all such other businesses which are of a similar or complementary nature to the foregoing or which are capable of conveniently being carried on in connection with the foregoing.

  4. Principal Place of Business: 51 Paunui Street, Auckland.

  5. Duration of the Partnership: The partnership shall commence upon registration of this certificate in accordance with section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and shall terminate upon registration of a certificate pursuant to section 62 of the said Act or upon the expiration of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate whichever is the sooner.
