The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Creditmen Duns
and Staff (1982) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 20th
day of August 1982, the Bank appointed Graeme Carrison
Goodare and Warwick Sumpter, both chartered accountants,
of Auckland, whose offices are at Messrs Hutchison Hull and
