EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of memorandum of lease 121470 affecting the land in certificates of title 268/63 and B1/1304 (Taranaki Registry) whereof Kawiwurangi Jack Bishop alias Kawiwurangi Te One Rakeipito is the lessor and the Maori owners set out therein are the lessees having been lodged with me together with an application to register a surrender affecting the said lease without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such surrender upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. Application 291775.

Evidence of the loss of outstanding duplicates of certificates of title (Taranaki Registry) described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, certificate of title, Volume 212, folio 21 for 475 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 7946 being part Section 12, Block XXII, Town of Waitara East, in the name of Marion Grace Martin of Waitara, widow. Application 291946.

Secondly, certificate of title, Volume 250, folio 44 for 2,3194 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 7887 and being part Section 33, Tikorangi District in the name of Bernard Joseph Adams the younger of Aria, farmer. Application 292184.
