Tariff Notice No. 1982/178—Application for Determination

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for determination of rates of duty by the Minister of Customs as follows:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 23 September 1982. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington and be supported by information as to:

(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and

(b) The landed cost and selling price, including customs value, and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other land charges, duty, etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.

(c) Present and potential output; and

(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
