Amending a Notice Declaring Land Together With an
Easement Over Land Acquired for a Government Work and
Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in Block
II, Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1981, published in the Gazette, 12 March 1981, No. 24, at page 565, declaring land together with the right-of-way easement created by Gazette notice No. A106463, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, in Block II, Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea County, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following:

Technical Institute in the City of Nelson

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 7th day of May 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 May 1981, No. 58, at page 1317, declaring land taken for a Technical Institute in the City of Nelson, by adding to the figure of 481 square metres, being the area described secondly in the Schedule the words, “more or less”.
