IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of K. S. HANDISIDES LTD. (in liquidation), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
NOTICE is hereby given that John Maurice Wilson and Peter Ronald Ballantyne of Christchurch, chartered accountants have been appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company. The liquidators of K. S. Handisides Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 23rd day of September 1982 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 208 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

THE Bank of New Zealand, with reference to B. L. Kenny Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of August 1982, the Bank appointed Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Gilfillan Morris and Co., Chartered Accountants, 62 Matua Road, Tauranga, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of October 1978. The Receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
