NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

TAKE notice that in exercise of the powers contained in a
debenture, dated the 23rd day of September 1980 issued by
Raph Engle Systems Ltd. (hereinafter called the debtor com-
pany) in favour of McNiece Bros. Pty. Ltd. (hereinafter called
the lender), securing all moneys from time to time owing by
the debtor company to the lender and whereas on the 16th
day of August 1982, the ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand)
Ltd., pursuant to a debenture dated the 25th day of June 1979
appointed a receiver of the assets of the debtor company, now
the lender has appointed Messrs P. R. Howell and P. D. Lane,
both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally
as receivers and managers of all the property and assets
charged by the said debenture and to exercise all or any of
the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver and manager
by the said debenture or by law.

The receivers and managers have their office at the office
of Messrs Barr, Burgess and Stewart, Twelfth Floor, CML
Centre, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland.

Banking Group (N.Z.) Ltd. the said ANZ Banking Group

upon and take possession of all the undertaking property and
