NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that the company or its directors who are its majority shareholders purchase the petitioner's shares in the company for $34,600.00 and that the said directors pay interest on the sum of $34,600.00 at 16 percent per annum from the 21st day of November 1980 or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the High Court on the 30th day of November 1981, by BARRY GEORGE LONGSTAFFE of 29 Truby King Crescent, Dunedin, pharmacist; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 23rd day of March 1982 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition and supporting affidavit will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
TAKE notice that Mangonui County Council intends taking the land described in the Schedule hereto, for a public work, namely, a recreational reserve to be administered under the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
A copy of the plan showing the land to be taken together with the names of the owners and occupiers may be inspected at the offices of the Mangonui County Council, Commerce Street, Kaitaia. Any person directly affected by the taking of the land shall set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make (provided it is not an objection to the amount or payment of compensation); and shall send the written objection to the Planning Tribunal within 40 days after the first publication of this notice. And unless any person so objecting otherwise requires, a public hearing of the objection will be held and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 29/1/82 at Auckland was 257.27 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 24.4 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 29th day of January 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 25.3 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 27th day of January 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
