Land Taken for Road and for Water Works in Block XII, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water works and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Waimea County Council; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of February 1982.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Wai-iti Survey District, described as follows:
