NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 17th day of December 1981, presented to the said Court by the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Timaru on the 1st day of March 1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 2nd day of December 1981, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $734,000 to $614,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company, as altered, the several particulars required by the above-named Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st day of December 1981. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of Mayne Nickless Ltd. of $614,000 divided into 307,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having been reduced from $734,000 divided into 367,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., has made application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from a pressure regulating station on Tip Lane, to the intersection of Hewletts Road and Totara Street, within the Mount Maunganui Borough.

NOTICE is hereby given that Trevor John Brider of Waitara, labourer, was convicted of driving while disqualified in the District Court at New Plymouth on 18 December 1981. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, a 1971 Ford Cortina Motor car, Registration Number FL 7055, was made.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 21 December 1981 at Auckland was 255.49 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 25.3 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 21st day of December 1981, until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
