Defining the Middle Line of Portions of the Timaru-Milton
State Highway in the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable
Sir David Stuart Beattie, hereby proclaim and declare that the
middle line of portions of road desired to be constructed in
the County of Vincent, viz., a relocation of the Timaru-Milton
State highway shall be that defined and set forth in the
Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this proclamation
shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas
shown shaded on plan S.O. 20064 referred to in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at the old road angle pcg, bearing 79° 13' for a
distance of 14.75 metres from IS VII shown on S.O. 16592
and proceeding in a generally southerly direction for a distance
of 3000 metres approximately, passing in, into, through or over
the following land, viz., part Section 63 (CT 7B/542) and an
unnamed road (legal road vested in Vincent County) all within
Block V, Wakefield Survey District, and terminating at a point
approximately 125 metres south of the north-east corner of,
and on the eastern boundary of the land hatched in black on
S.O. 18854; all situated in Vincent County as the same is more
particularly delineated on a plan numbered S.O. 20064, lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this
16th day of December 1981.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition
to Pirongia State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as
substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act
1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State
forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pirongia
State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA DISTRICT
4.9850 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 21755,
situated in Block IV, Kawhia North Survey District. Part certificate of title,
Volume 268, folio 6, S.O. Plan 48548.
116.0660 hectares, more or less, being Section 27, Block
IV, Kawhia North Survey District. Part certificate of title,
Volume 268, folio 6. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1941, page
2141. S.O. Plan 51184, as shown on plans R 15/2-4, deposited
in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at
Wellington.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board
as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty
the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

1771 square metres, more or less, being Sections 5 and 7,
Town of Kohukohu, situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey

hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
