Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Waitemata City Council in trust for those purposes.
