Board Appointed to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington Land District, ex officio, who shall be Chairman Hugh William Kelly, Whitford James Brown, Maui Ormond Woodbine Pomare, Matuawai Solomon, Marlene Dale Whiteside, Peter Alfred Shea, Vernon John Dark and Bernard John Parker to be the Whitireia Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, for a term of 3 years from the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 8.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1981.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 6) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

3. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 7*, is hereby consequently revoked.
