PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John William Adams, of Whangamata, farmer, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, No. 2C/128, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 20th day of August 1981.
