A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
168.5 hectares, more or less, Lot 1, situated in Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 18 (D.P. 5358), and 215.8997 hectares, more or less, being Sections 72 and 73, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District. (S.O. Plan 4084), as shown on plans 027/2 and 0/27/4, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 27th day of July 1981.
