Notice is hereby given that an order of the High Court of
New Zealand dated the 29th day of June 1981, confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
$2,000,000.00 to $250,000.00, and the minute approved by the
Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as
altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned
Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the
3rd day of August 1981. The said minute is in the words and
figures following:
The capital of Borg-Warner Investments (New Zealand)
Limited henceforth is $250,000.00 divided into 500,000
ordinary shares of $1 each paid to 50 cents having been
reduced from $2,000,000.00 divided into 2,000,000 fully
paid ordinary shares of $1 each.
