Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on the 26th day of February 1981:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for local purpose (road reserve) within the meaning of the said Act.”

Appointment of Hauraki Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
