Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XII, Wendon Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Southland County Council from and after the 6th day of August 1981.

Road Closed and Incorporated in a Deferred Payment Licence in Blocks XII and XVIII, Wendon Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby closed and incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 513 recorded in certificate of title No. 4A/507 held by Neil Miller of Wendon, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 024049.4, 024049.5 and 064172.2.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Road Closed and to be Crown Land in Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedule hereto, and declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Cyril Raymond Griffiths of Te Puke, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 183135, South Auckland Land Registry, and also declares that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be dealt with as Crown Land under the Land Act 1948.
