Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 6th day of August 1981.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks LVII, LVIII and LXVI, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of October 1980 published in the Gazette, 16 October 1980, No. 53, at page 3071, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Blocks LVII, LVIII, and LXVI, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1928 by omitting the vesting in “Thomas Henry Hargest and Trevor Henry James Edwin Hargest, both of Mandeville, farmers” of the road described first, secondly, thirdly and fourthly in the Second Schedule and vesting the road, first, secondly, thirdly and fourthly described in the Second Schedule, when closed in “Thomas Henry Hargest and Trevor Henry James Edwin Hargest, both of Mandeville, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waikato County Council; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and the land firstly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall when so closed and taken vest in Gower Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton, subject to statutory land charge No. H. 084414 and memoranda of mortgage S. 643927, H. 0409443, S. 120407, H. 082000 and H. 316279, South Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby declares that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and the land secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall when so closed and taken vest in David Maxwell Adams of Fencourt, farmer, and Shirley Muriel Adams, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 295513 and statutory land charge S. 326505, South Auckland Land Registry.
