Agreement for the Granting of a Right of Way Easement in Favour of Patrick Joseph Morris of Dunedin, Freezing Worker, over Land Situated in the City of Dunedin Held for Better Utilisation, Assented to

WHEREAS by virtue of an agreement dated the 26th day of May 1981 between Patrick Joseph Morris of Dunedin, freezing worker, and Her Majesty The Queen, it was agreed that an area of land containing approximately 19 square metres, being part Lot 7, D.P. 3888, and being also part Section 38, Block 6, Dunedin Town District, would be taken for road;

And whereas the said Patrick Joseph Morris was entitled to compensation in respect of his interest in the land;

And whereas the Minister of Works and Development agreed to grant to the said Patrick Joseph Morris an easement for a right of way over an area of land held for better utilisation in part satisfaction of the aforesaid compensation;

And whereas the said Patrick Joseph Morris has agreed to accept such grant of an easement of right of way in part satisfaction of the said compensation.

Now therefore the Minister of Works and Development hereby gives notice pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928 that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
