Tariff Notice No. 1981/123—Application for Variation of Approval
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for a variation of the current approval of the Minister of Customs as follows:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing to the appropriate office as indicated by the identification reference on or before 20 August, 1981. Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Notice is hereby given that a request has been received from the grant-holder for a change in the registered denomination of a protected variety as specified in the Schedule to this notice. If no objections are received within 2 months of the publication of this notice the Registrar will alter the denomination as requested.
