Declaring Road in Block VIII, Waihi South Survey District,
Whakatane District, to be a Government Road and to be
Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby—
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Stops the said road;
and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act
1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown
land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as and from the 23rd day
of July 1981.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 4667 square metres, situated
in Block VIII, Waihi South Survey District, Whakatane Dis-
trict, adjoining or passing through part Lot 2, D.P. S. 15562
and part Allotment 63, Mataia Parish; as shown on plan
S.O. 50360, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Hamilton, and thereon marked “B”.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road, from and after the 23rd day of July 1981.
